Fall 2020 Withdrawals & Incomplete Grades

The following procedures have been put into place for the Fall 2020 semester due to COVID-19.

  • Individual Course Withdrawals: Students may continue to withdraw from individual courses online using Banweb. All students will be awarded a W grade for the Fall 2020 term. 
  • Complete Withdrawals: Students seeking a Complete Withdrawal for the Fall 2020 term should follow the normal procedures for seeking a Complete Withdrawal. All students will be awarded a W grade for the Fall 2020 term.
  • Incomplete Grades: Students that are awarded an Incomplete (I) grade for Fall 2020 will have until the end of Fall 2021 to complete the course for a grade. If the incomplete grade is not removed by the end of Fall 2021, the grade will be changed to a F.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Oct 6 Withdrawal "W" period begins for Session II (non-Core) 8 week courses

Oct 6 Last day to apply for Tuition Differential Waivers for Fall 2020. The waiver and al supporting documents must be received in Registrar's Office by 5:00 pm.

Oct 12-15 Faculty Only - Roster Verification, opens at noon on October 12th

October 26 Registration for Spring Semester 2021 begins for currently enrolled students. 

Nov 21 Saturday classes end; exams Dec 5th

 Nov 25 Fall classes end 

Nov 26 - 27 Thanksgiving holiday, no classes, offices closed

Nov 27 Last day to withdraw with a grade of W from Full Term (non-eCore) 16 week courses and Session II (non-eCore) 8 week courses. 

Nov 30 - Dec 5 Final Examinations. See Exam Schedule for details.

Dec 7 Grades due by 12:00 (noon)

Saturday, Dec 12 Fall Graduation (time/details to be announced)
