PERSONS WITH SYMPTOMS OF ACUTE RESPIRATORY ILLNESS TO INCLUDE COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH/DIFFICULTY BREATHING, FEVER, CHILLS, SWEATS, SORE THROAT, BODY ACHES, RUNNY NOSE OR HEADACHES MUST SPEAK WITH A HEALTH CENTER STAFF MEMBER BEFORE ENTERING THE HEALTH CENTER TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF CARE THAT IS NEEDED
- Wellness and routine preventive health visits are not available at this time. Persons with routine visits already scheduled will be contacted by Health Services staff to reschedule.
- In-person visits will be limited to new/acute problems and follow up of certain ongoing/chronic problems. Health Services staff may reach out in advance to scheduled patients to determine if a visit to the facility is needed, and if not needed then evaluation and care may be delivered by telephone or video conferencing.
- Students who have left the area during this time should contact Health Services at the number above regarding medication refills or if they have other questions.

Health Services is located behind the Honors House and near Tyus Hall.
Students taking at least one class on campus are charged the student health fee as part of their tuition and fees and are eligible to receive medical services at the Health Center. Exclusively online students may choose to pay the student health fee and be eligible for services.
