The University of West Georgia adopted the use of a campus-wide centralized scheduling software effective February 1, 2018. All reservation requests for university employees and student organizations can now be made through the Reserve West web app. Users are able to request space and manage their reservations through their accounts within this system. Non-UWG affiliated groups will request space through an external form and work with a Reserve West administrator during the reservation process.

To reserve space and/or plan an event at the University of West Georgia please select an option below that best describes your affiliation with the University. The correct selection is important as the policies can vary by audience.


Faculty, Staff, and Registered Student Organizations

To reserve space, please click below to access to the Reserve West web app. All UWG employees and Presidents/Vice Presidents/Advisors of registered student organizations will be able to request space by logging in with their UWG user name and password.

All UWG employees hired prior to January 1, 2018 already have access to log in with their UWG username and password. New employees should complete this form.

If you cannot log in or if you need to update your information in the system, then complete the access request form to submit your information to the Reserve West team. Please allow 3-5 business days for account activation.

Student organization presidents/vice-presidents should contact the Center for Student Involvement if they are unable to access Reserve West.
