Kim C. Huett is a tenured Associate Professor of Instructional Technology at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia. She holds an Ed.D. in School Improvement with a focus on instructional technology and an Ed.S. in instructional technology from the University of West Georgia, an M.S. in Secondary Education from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi and B.A. degrees in English and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin. She has taught middle school, high school, undergraduates, and graduate students. Her research interests include K-12 online and blended learning; integration of learning technologies; and computer science education in K-12 contexts. Past president of the Technology Integrated Learning Division of AECT, she presents regularly at conferences (from local to international) in the area of instructional technology and is published in such peer-reviewed journals as Journal of Online Learning Research, TechTrends, and Journal of STEM Education.
