1. In September, the University System of Georgia will issue Total Rewards Statements to all benefits-eligible employees who have worked a minimum of 30 days as of August 1, 2023. 

2. The statements can be used as a retention tool. Statements provide a summary of all components of the employees’ compensation and benefits beyond their paycheck.

3. Details included on the paper statements will be based on data effective August 1, 2023.

4. Each statement is personalized to include the employee’s compensation, the USG contribution to their healthcare and voluntary benefits and retirement.  Also included are summaries of the additional benefits that USG provides like tuition assistance, paid time off, and the USG well-being program.

5. All statements will include base pay. They will also include variable and supplemental pay when applicable. 

6. Printed statements will be mailed to employees in late September. Electronic statements will be available within the OneUSG Connect-Benefits portal by mid-September. The online statement will be updated monthly if the employee compensation or benefit enrollment should change. 

7. Questions about compensation should be directed to the Shared Services Center at 877-251-2644. All other questions related to your benefits statement should be directed to OneUSG Connect-Benefits at 1-844-587-4236.

8. There will be a Well-being Wednesday for employees to attend that will explain the details within the USG Total Rewards Statements on Wednesday, September 6 at 12noon. Employees must register to attend.
