If you are having issues with your cable, please e-mail email@example.com. Please include the following:
- Your name.
- Your residence hall and room location (I.E. Arbor View C, 143 D).
- Your telephone number.
- A brief description of the issue (I.E. The TV in my room is plugged
into the wall; however, it is not getting a signal or channels).
- If possible please include the make and model of your TV.
We know these issues can be frustrating. We will respond back to your ticket in a timely manner. If this is a weekend, you will receive a response on Monday. Please do not submit multiple tickets for the same issues, as this may slow the process.
