Although we accept referrals from physicians, teachers, physiatrists, orthodontists and other professionals, a referral is not necessary.

Services are provided by students under the direct supervision of certified and licensed clinical supervisors.

The Speech-Language Pathology program holds national accreditation from the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA).

Minimum fees for services are charged to offset operational costs and are significantly lower than the fees currently being charged by the private sector.  You should receive notice of your fees before services are provided. We accept cash, check, or credit card. We also offer online payment via our West Georgia Mall payment portal. Fees are due by midterm of each semester.  Clients will not be scheduled for services with an outstanding balance.  Clients with limited payment sources may apply for supplemental scholarships.   Applications for the CCC Scholarships are available at the front desk. Please, contact the CCC for more information.

Every effort is made to ensure the confidentiality of information on your case. The clinic faculty and students will comply with the Privacy Regulations by HIPAA and FERPA regarding use and disclosure of your health information and/or educational record. You will be given a Privacy Notice, which includes your rights and our responsibilities for maintaining your protected health information.
