As part of Georgia’s collaborative and intentional focus on equipping educators with knowledge of the Georgia Code of Ethics for Educators, as well as ethical understanding to guide decision making, we are very happy to announce that registration for the Georgia Educator Ethics Assessment – Program Entry (Test 350) will open September 30, 2014. To assist you, we have attached a detailed communication for Educator Preparation Provider (EPP) faculty, as well as a separate flyer for your initial teacher preparation candidates.
About the Georgia Educator Ethics Assessment:
This interactive, instructional assessment is a self-guided experience consisting of seven modules that combine instruction and testing and focus on professionalism in education, specifically, in teachers’ relationships with their students, their schools, and their communities. Furthermore, the assessment focuses on ethical understanding to guide decision making, and the Georgia Code of Ethics for Educators.
Test takers can access the Georgia Educator Ethics Assessment on their computers or tablet devices anywhere they have Internet access and at any time that is convenient for them. The cost is $30.
