PLEASE READ COMPLETELY
- Please fill out the registration form before submitting.
- Registration fee is $100.00. Make check payable to University of West Georgia TEACHER INTERVIEW DAY. Return together, the registration form and payment to: Teacher Interview Day, Career Services, 363 Parker Hall, University of West Georgia, Carrollton, GA 30118-4470.
- Confirmation will be mailed upon receiving registration form and payment together.
- Final publicity deadline is Friday, February 29, 2008. No refunds after this date. There is no registration deadline and registration will be accepted until the day of the event if space is available.
- UWG Federal Tax # is 586002055.
- Students will browse for 45 minutes to schedule interviews with prospective systems or agencies. Representatives will make their own schedules for the day.
- Please note that the event will end at 1:00 pm and lunch will be provided for up to two (2) recruiters if indicated on the registration form.
- Additional lunches will be provided at an additional cost of $10 per person. These lunches must be ordered in advance.
- Please make sure the Recruiting Information is completed thoroughly. This information will be placed on our website as well as in a handout to let interested persons know the areas for which your organization recruits.
- Indicate on the registration form if you will need electricity.
- Indicate on the registration form if you will need special accommodations due to disability.
- If you are the primary contact person, please be certain that each representative attending Teacher Interview Day receives a copy of all the information contained in this Registration Brochure as well as the Confirmation when received.
