REGISTRATION INFORMATION INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ COMPLETELY
- Please fill out the registration form completely and submit it online.
Fee to attend:
$75.00 – includes 2 lunch tickets
$55.00 – no lunch tickets
$10.00 – for additional lunch tickets purchased in advance
$15.00 – lunch tickets purchased the day of the event
Note: Payment must be received via US Mail on or before March 1, 2008 or a $10 late fee will be charged.

- Confirmation will be mailed upon receiving registration form and payment.
- Final publicity deadline and registration is Wednesday, March 1, 2008. No refunds will be made after this date.
- UWG Federal Tax # is 58-6002055.
- The Media Day Internship Fair will be held in the Ballroom (lower level) of the Campus Center and set-up time is between 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. The Internship Fair will be held 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- A continental breakfast will be provided for all recruiters.
- Online registration information will be placed on our website as well as in a handout to let interested persons know the areas for which your organization recruits.
- Indicate on the registration form if you will need equipment/electrical needs.
- Indicate on the registration form if you will need special accommodations.
